Interactive Seminar on How to Cope with Polycrisis Distress at 9. April, online

We are pleased to invite you to the 17th seminar in the Sustainability Talks Series, How to cope with polycrisis distress. There are currently numerous co-existing crises in the world, including but not limited to the climate, biodiversity, humanitarian and political crises. Compounded, their impact can be of significant psychological distress. Claritta Martin, from Psychologists For Future (Psy4F), will be talking about how to cope with emotions during crises. The seminar will include interactive elements. We recommend that you attend in a location where you can talk and move freely.

Claritta Martin is a specialist for psychotherapeutical medicine and has had her own practice in Hamburg since 1999. She is the co-author of the books Therapie Tools Selbstmitgefühl (Therapy Tools Self-Compassion) and Therapie Tools Selbstfürsorge (Therapy Tools Self-Care). At Psychologists for Future, she is particularly active in the round table working group. She also gives workshops on climate psychology.
